Welcome to Aidealoom (“Aidealoom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aidealoom.com, our online store, and the products and services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). Aidealoom is operated by HONG KONG SAIYU TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED and is powered by Shopify.
By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, materials, availability, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. Measurements may vary slightly because of production and measuring methods.
Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may correct errors or update information when reasonably necessary. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory shortages, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation after payment authorization and availability checks. We may contact you using the contact information supplied at checkout if clarification is required. Products are intended for personal or household use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. PRICING, DISCOUNTS, AND PAYMENT
All product prices and checkout totals are shown in USD. The price, discount, shipping charge, tax, and order total shown at checkout before payment are the controlling amounts for your order. Promotions may have stated eligibility, timing, product, account, or minimum-purchase conditions.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the billing information is accurate. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or another payment provider under its applicable terms.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, TITLE, AND RISK
Shipping destinations, methods, charges, processing information, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. The delivery method, charge, and estimate displayed at checkout are the most current terms for the order.
Handing a package to a carrier does not, by itself, transfer all risk of loss to the customer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss remains with Aidealoom until the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. This does not apply to loss or delay caused solely by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, a customer-requested redirection after shipment, or other circumstances for which the customer is legally responsible.
If an order is lost, damaged, or not delivered, contact support@aidealoom.com. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law and our published policies.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged-item claims, and order cancellation requests are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, submit false or fraudulent information, distribute malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or copy content without authorization, harass others, or make purchases using unauthorized payment information.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Services, or legal rights. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their text, graphics, logos, photographs, product presentation, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Aidealoom and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content. We do not promise compensation for unsolicited ideas or feedback.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may include tools, payment services, tracking services, social features, or links provided by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party sites, but this clause does not exclude responsibility that applicable law assigns to us.
11. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information to operate the store, fulfill orders, process payments, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
We aim to keep the Services accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, or errors may occur. Except for express promises in these Terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, guarantees, duties, or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Aidealoom nor its service providers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant transaction occurred.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory product-safety duties, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses resulting directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply to losses caused by our own breach or misconduct and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
15. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, waives, or replaces any statutory warranty, guarantee, remedy, cancellation right, refund right, or other consumer protection that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection, that mandatory protection applies and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. However, if you are a consumer, you also retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in a forum that applicable law does not allow these Terms to restrict.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or business practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
